Hosokawa Tama, usually referred to as Hosokawa Garasha, was a daughter of the noble Akechi Mitsuhide, the wife of Hosokawa Tadaoki, and a Christian convert. She was named Tama at birth; Garasha, the name she is known by in history, is based upon her Catholic baptismal name, Gracia (from wikipedia). I draw this for a contest held at pixiv.
this very much intrigues me. The eyes along with her face pull me into the picture. her clothing keeps me loooking for the flowing in it and it all draws into the beauty of it all. her hair, eys, clothing and story.
